Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. We are
currently seeking a high-energy team player to assist the Store Manager and become a leader at the Howard College- San Angelo campus store.

Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • All cash register operations and perform daily cash count tasks including monthly billing and payment processing
  • Assume responsibilities over all general merchandise ordering, checking in, receiving, SKU requests, mark down operations and stocking the sales floor
  • Assume responsibilities over all Text merchandise checking in, receiving and stocking the sales floor
  • Assist with employee recruiting, hiring, training and following up on employee service performance
  • Must be able to lift (50) fifty to (70) seventy pounds throughout shift
  • Will engage with the public and campus administration and must be able to interact in a tactful manner

Sales Associate Qualifications:

  • 1 year of prior retail experience required- Campus store, Big box, Discount, Department store or Specialty retailing
  • Prior cash register experience, closing and opening functions
  • Must be able to pass a credit and criminal background check
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook is preferred
  • High School diploma or eq. required, some college preferred
