As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a talented and ambitious PPC Manager to join our marketing team. You will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and driving the success of our outbound operations, as well as delivering new app installs for inbound activity.

 

The Role:

 

As PPC Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns across all biddable media channels, optimizing performance to meet our key business targets. You’ll also support the transition of in-housing paid search activity from our current agency. If you’re data-driven, commercially aware, and ready to take on the challenge of optimizing our PPC strategy, this is the role for you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Support Strategy Implementation:

Assist the Head of Search in executing the paid media strategy, growth plan, and roadmap.

 

Campaign Management:

Create and manage PPC campaigns across various media channels, including structuring campaigns, ad groups, and keywords, and leading daily optimization efforts.

 

Optimize Performance:

Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns to improve CPA/ROI, with a focus on quality scores and search efficiency.

 

Reporting:

Deliver detailed reports on campaign performance and KPIs, while exploring new ways to drive growth and maximize ROI.

 

 

Who We’re Looking For:

 

We’re seeking a commercially focused, results-driven team player with experience in digital acquisition marketing. You should be proactive, able to take ownership of your work, and passionate about building relationships within a performance-focused team.

 

Key Requirements:

 

Proficient in managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and using the Google AdWords Editor.

 

Strong understanding of A/B testing and campaign optimization.

 

Highly numerate with an analytical mindset, able to translate insights into actionable steps to improve performance.

 

Experience in driving performance on Shopping platforms, including Performance Max campaigns.

 

 

Desirable Skills:

 

Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager.

 

Experience with SQL and/or data visualization tools.

 

Understanding of feed optimization best practices.

 

Familiarity with using scripts and business data to improve automation within PPC accounts.
