The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store and the supervision of employees. This position requires a detailed and analytical approach to management that includes efficient scheduling, problem-solving, and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze store performance to maximize sales and profits
• Ensure that store standards are upheld in areas such as customer service, store cleanliness, and product display
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of store staff
• Ensure that store policies and procedures are communicated and enforced
• Address customer complaints and resolve any issues
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain security systems
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
