- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and recommend books accordingly.

- Maintain a clean and organized environment.

- Handle cash transactions accurately while following cash handling procedures.

- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.

*Requirements*

- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively.

- Previous experience in retail settings is preferred but not required.

- Basic math skills for handling transactions.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

- A genuine passion for books and reading is essential for success in this role.
