Posman Books is coming to Miami, and we are seeking motivated and dynamic booksellers to join our team!

At Posman Books, we pride ourselves in creating a fun, positive environment for our customers and employees. Our booksellers are always engaging with customers, providing a welcoming space and excellent retail experience.

DUTIES INCLUDE: 

• Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service, assisting customers with book recommendations, and general inquiries.
• Maintain and organize book displays, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with inventory management including stocking shelves and performing regular inventory counts.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must be a reader and lover of books
• Keen eye for merchandising, we love cards and plushies, as much as we love books
• Ability to lift as much as 40 lbs
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Valid ID for I-9 verification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Knowledge of Wordstock software is a plus
